Henessey Venom GT Spyder is an aluminum chassis, carbon bodied machine with a 7.0 liter twin turbo aluminum block V-8 engine with a displacement of 7002 CC. It can reach a maximum speed of 273 mph (440 kph) which made a world record for the fastest two seat sport car. It can reach a speed of 0 to 60 mph(100 kph) in about 2.5 seconds. This was performed by Brian Smith , the director of Miller Sport, an experienced race driver and a former Michelin tire test engineer, at the Kennedy Space Center on a 3.2 mile runway.
